The idea is simple: Create a moron. (Or, sure, repurpose one.)
Every few weeks we just get together as peasants and talk about our two-headed cows, the nor’easter bringin’ colder rain that what we’s used to, and the pain in me knee that just won’t quit bot at least it warns me when they’s witches in the area. And whatever other grammatical horror we can think up.
Shoot the shit for an hour or so, drive everyone else crazy, then crawl back into the woodwork for another few weeks.
Anyone?

As Terry Pratchett put it in Guards! Guards!:
Let the other societies take the skilled, the hopefuls, the ambitious, the self-confident. He’d take the whining resentful ones, the ones with a bellyful of spite and bile, the ones who knew they could make it big if only they’d been given the chance. Give him the ones in which the floods of venom and vindictiveness were dammed up behind thing walls of ineptitude and low-grade paranoia.
And stupidity, too.
You ever wanted a character to bitch about the weather or complain bitterly about getting short changed 6gp by the butcher? Here's your chance!

I've kind of intentionally been putting this off, thinking there ought to be enough to do with the 20th coming up. But it's literally playing a new or unknown character in newbie-ish clothes, so it's not like it requires a lot of prep either. Let me know what you guys think about when we should do this.
I'm thinking we start with a one-time, and if things go well we figure out another time. Location TBD; maybe New Haven?
