*In order to be eligible for a test, a Watcher must get a vote from ALL active Sentinels.
*If the active Sentinel vote is unanimous, the Watcher shall be eligible for the test.
*If the vote is majority "yes", but not unanimous, the Keeper and First Sentinel may overrule it.
*In the event that a non-unanimous vote is overruled, those that voted no are returned to Watcher rank as punishment.
*Leadership will take the vote count into consideration in making their decision.
*The Sentinel votes must be made all at once, during an event, and in the presence of the Keeper and First Sentinel.
*If a Sentinel is absent, the vote either cannot be taken, or the absent Sentinel's vote is automatically 'no' (opening them up to demotion if overruled).
*The nature of the test administered by the Keeper is secret in nature, and its details must be kept between the candidate and the Keeper, even after the test.

*All duties executed by the pair shall be documented in written report.
*Pairings shall be made only at the request of the Watcher, but the Keeper shall choose the Sentinel.
*Participation will improve the Watcher's standing in the guild and his or her chances of promotion in the future.
Uninitiated
The beginning rank for all rangers. Designates a person with only partial membership, and unworthy of the trust of the Ranger's Guild. Those bearing this rank shall be expected to prove themselves.

*Should a Watcher be demoted to Uninitiated, and then demoted again, they shall be considered a deserter and an oath-breaker, and dismissed from service.
OOC Note: Informing the Keeper or the First Sentinel out of character that you will not be able to make an event will be made into an acceptable IC reason for missing an event.
Reports
*While not always mandatory, written reports on recent activities and adventures shall always be valued.
*Reports should have a short title that includes the date it was written (MM/DD/YY).
*Reports will not be graded in any manner, but should focus on getting down the basic facts of the subject.
*Reports are expected in the instance of Sentinel/Watcher pairings in order for the pairing to show value.
